Pay once when something goes wrong, or get a yearly plan and call us whenever you need help. Most help is done over the internet with remote support, so you don't have to bring your computer in.

For up to 5 computers
- Up to 20 remote sessions a year, shared between your computers
- Yearly tune-up and security check on each computer
- 10% off in-store repairs, labour and on-site visits
- Add Trend Micro anti-virus for only $20 per device, a special bundle price for plan members
- Your calls go to the front of the line

For homes and businesses that want more: remote help plus on-site visits, where our technician comes to you, and cleaning and servicing of your computers. Visits are within 20 km of our store.

4How to pay
Click "Pay online" on the plan you want, add it to your cart and check out. You can pay by Interac e-Transfer or by credit card over the phone. Your invoice is emailed to you with your order.
Adding Trend Micro to a yearly plan? Add Trend Micro, $20 per device. Need more time on a one-time session? Extra 15 minutes, $25.
Rather get an invoice first, for your business or your records? Call or email us with your name, address and the plan you want. We'll send you an invoice to pay by Interac e-Transfer or credit card over the phone.
