Free Diagnostics & Estimate, Yes hard to believe that in today's world most computer stores nickel and dime you to dead before you even get a service or repair done. Cyberdyne Systems Started Free Diagnostics & Estimates back in 1991. Otherwise, you can get a $50-$65 bill and still have a broken machine or problem. At Cyberdyne we think that's totally unfair for you the customer to accept this practice and also this gives computers dealers a "BAD NAME". We wish more computer stores and auto repair shops following are guidelines on how to treat a customer, but unfortunately today most charge upfront fees and then charge an hourly rate way over the value of the job. In the end, leave the customer with a bad experience and bad service.
We charge a small Service Fee for Printer repairs $25, and only charge a small Fee $25-60 If we have to open your device, "Order a part" or to "try to repair something and it fails." Example : If we try to repair a water damaged laptop and your main board "Fails" we would charge a fee as well up to $60...This doesn't happen often... and finally if we quoted a price on a repair and you cancel the repair, we charge a small Fee. “Short cutting” a job is another issue, I see also from my competitors out there. They do the quick fix or don’t inform the customer correctly about real issues with their machines, or just rip off a customer, because of a lack of computer knowledge.
Cyberdyne and our staff takes step for make sure the job is done right the first time. Some times there is issues that a rise afterward and we always make sure all problems are dealt with correctly.
